Job Profile
The Gaming System Replacement (GSR) Project is a key strategic initiative to replace Lotterywest's existing gaming platforms and associated services.
This is a large scale, multi-year program of work that will drive significant change across people, processes and technology.
This is an exciting opportunity for a change communications specialist to support the GSR team and be part of a complex transformation project working collaboratively with a diverse and talented team of passionate people across all of Lotterywest.
About the role
This is a dynamic role for a communications specialist to support the execution of the GSR Change and Communications strategy. You will play an integral role in planning, developing and managing change communication plans and collateral, supporting the project narrative design and delivery.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, aligning communication efforts and maintaining strong relationships to ensure successful program delivery. Situated within the Media and Communications team, you will ensure a consistent approach to stakeholder and change communications and work proactively to ensure an organisational-wide approach in achieving clear information flow between the business and program.
About you, you have:
Experience in successfully designing and executing change communication activities for large-scale business improvement programs
Good understanding of change management methodologies, particularly Prosci ADKAR model
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills to develop high-impact communication materials
High level interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder awareness and engagement
