Youth Hub Operations Manager

(Full-Time)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and independent professional to lead the development and management of business models related to Youth Operations. The successful candidate will design and implement programs aimed at equipping young people with practical life skills, conflict resolution techniques, sound decision-making abilities, and personal accountability.

This role requires maintaining strong relationships with existing key stakeholders while actively establishing new partnerships. Core responsibilities include preparing regular service reports, overseeing financial management in collaboration with the NWQICSS Finance Team, and ensuring compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Human Resources (HR) policies.

Candidate Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Child, Youth and Family Intervention, or evidence of ongoing study in a relevant field.

Proven experience and qualifications in Human or Community Services.

Demonstrated ability in innovative strategic thinking and planning.

Experience working with youth and families.

Proven case management skills.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical abilities.

Experience supervising diverse teams.

Knowledge of community services for engagement and referral purposes.

Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and frameworks.

Willingness to undertake training relevant to the role.

Sound knowledge of government legislation, service agreements, and funding requirements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Current and valid Driver’s Licence.

Strong leadership and management capabilities.
