About the Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance. Leveraging their clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy, the successful candidate will help drive innovation, operational efficiency, and a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational workflows and clinical team performance
Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to allied health professionals
Develop and refine business processes to enhance client care
Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory and NDIS compliance
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and workforce planning
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Candidate Profile
A qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
3–5 years of clinical experience, ideally within NDIS or community settings
Proven leadership or team coordination experience
Strong understanding of allied health service delivery and operational frameworks
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
A passion for improving systems and empowering clinical teams
