Muswellbrook and District Workers Club is a multifaceted hospitality venue serving the local community with 12,000+ members. We are situated in the Upper Hunter region with an easy 2.5hr drive from Sydney. The club offers busy restaurant, functions, gaming, TAB, bars, accommodation, weekly entertainment and courtesy bus.

We are looking for Bar/ Gaming staff for our busy operation offering up to 30 hours per week on a casual or part-time basis. These are hands on roles that require dedicated and committed customer led people that have a passion for hospitality.

This is a great opportunity to join a fun and enthusiastic team of 65 staff to contribute and enhance the successful operation.

Knowledge and understanding of gaming operations, systems and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Suitable experience in any type of hospitality business

Well organised with a proactive and enthusiastic approach

Good communication skills with guests/ patrons

Ability to keep calm and maintain strong relationships with the whole team

Sound cash handling, problem solving skills

Maintain the presentation, condition and cleanliness of the gaming room

Placing a strong focus on great service

Drive a productive and effective team environment

TAB and Keno experience is an advantage

Requirements:

Availability to work weekly day/ night, weekends

RSA/RCG and Advanced RCG certificate essential
