Qualifications, skills, and experience

Relevant qualification (i.e., case management, community services or equivalent).

Demonstrated understanding and/or experience in assessment, and case management.

Ability to independently manage a client case load.

Ability to work with communities experiencing social and economic disadvantage.

Demonstrated professional practice in accordance with State legislation, relevant professional standards.

Ability to provide written and verbal consultation, advice, and support to key stakeholders, whilst confidently balancing safety and confidentiality.

Ability to develop and run consultations with diverse and vulnerable communities.

A good level of computer literacy.

A current driver’s licence and car.
