Shine SC are seeking experienced, passionate, and talented Support Workers available for an immediate start, who are looking to join a rapidly expanding team in the Dubbo, Narromine, and Wellington regions.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience working with high needs behavioural participants
• Previous personal care, manual handling, and hoisting experience
• Experience working to Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
• Flexible availability, including a willingness to work sleepover and overnight shifts
• Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification
• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
• Current Driver License
• Current Comprehensive Car Insurance and own vehicle
• A genuine desire to provide quality care and enhance the lives of our participants, having the participant's needs and best interests at heart at all times.
