About the Role:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage Import documents

Register consoles / and Shipments

Liaise with overseas, external suppliers and customers

Update & monitor transshipments

Monitor Vessels

Provide Manifests

Enter details into Cargowise

Invoicing

Lodge Sea Cargo

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

Relevant industry experience including understanding the logistical requirements for Imports

experience managing the end-to-end process

Experience with Cargowise, MS Office, MS Outlook and the Internet is essential

Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
