HMC Group Solutions is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Dubbo office.

We’re a busy, growing company that juggles everything from training and safety services to drug and alcohol screening—and we need someone who thrives in the chaos (the good kind).

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting clients with a smile (even on a Monday)

• Managing calls, emails, and bookings with professionalism and care

• Supporting our training, admin, and service teams as needed

• Keeping our front-of-house looking sharp and running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who’s not afraid to ask questions or take initiative

• A solid communicator who can juggle multiple tasks

• A team player who’s confident on the phone and in person

• Previous reception/admin experience is ideal but not essential—we care more about the right fit
