As a member of the GJK Facility Services team, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and friendly group of professionals who take pride in their work.
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support / Workforce Manager to join our on-campus team based in Crawley, WA on a full-time basis.
In this key role, you’ll provide coordinate workforce scheduling, manage work orders, assist with onboarding, and support data entry and reporting. It's an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork and efficiency.
An indicative salary for the position is $75,000 plus superannuation.
The Position:
Oversee the operation of the GJK on-campus office, delivering a high standard of customer service at the university.
Coordinate and maintain staff rosters and schedules to support the delivery of a range of operational services.
Manage the processing and tracking of work orders and ensure timely completion and updates.
Oversee the provision of business and other support to the operations team and site management.
Assist with onboarding activities including inductions, system access, and uniform coordination.
Managing the recording of data within the GJK on-campus office, prepare internal communications, and support compliance documentation.
Support a smooth and efficient office environment and liaise with key stakeholders across the site.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in senior administration, workforce planning, or operations support.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word); experience with rostering or workforce systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
A proactive team player who takes ownership and enjoys supporting others.
Knowledge of facilities or service delivery environments is advantageous.
