About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef or Cook to join our kitchen brigade. This hands-on role involves working across all sections of the kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals to a high standard across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services

Supervise and support junior kitchen staff

Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Contribute to menu planning and specials using seasonal ingredients

Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering and cost control

Ensure a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong prep, cooking, and plating skills

Ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment

Excellent time management and communication skills

Passion for hearty, high-quality food with consistency and flair

Understanding of food safety and HACCP standards

Positive attitude and strong team ethic
