About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic F&B attendant to join our team at FOX & HOUNDS' in Wongawallan, Queensland. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operation of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to our customers

serving a range of food

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Assisting with stock control and inventory management

Contributing to a positive team dynamic and a great guest experience

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

Current Food Handling certifications (or willingness to obtain)
