About the role

This is a full-time F & B Attendant role at the Wantima Country Club in Brendale, QLD 4500. As an F & B Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in the bar and beverage operations of the club, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient table service to members and guests

Preparing and serving a variety of food & alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area

Handling cash and operating the point of sale system

Assisting with event setup, service and cleanup as needed

Adhering to all liquor licensing and other relevant regulations

Providing recommendations on food and beverage offerings to customers

Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

Previous experience F & B or customer service role in the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate order-taking and cash handling

Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and bar operations

Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
