About the role

InMotion Movement & Recovery is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist and/or Remedial Massage Therapist to join our unique semi-mobile practice. We are looking for a candidate that can deliver personalised in-home services directly to residents within one of Queensland's largest retirement villages. We're dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our home-care package participants, believing strongly in accessible and individualised care within the comfort of their own homes. Beyond in-unit visits, you'll also have the fantastic opportunity to utilise the on-site facilities with your clients, including a well-equipped gym and a hydrotherapy pool.

Role Overview:

Part-time/casual/contract 2 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into fulltime.

Dual qualification as both an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and a Remedial Massage Therapist highly desirable.

Provide in-home services to primarily home-care package clients, with the opportunity to utilise the village gym and hydrotherapy pool.

Low KPI's of 5 hours per day

Flexibility and autonomy over schedule to suit you (can complete paperwork from home).

Opportunity to utilise a company car as case-load increases.

Please note: We are particularly interested in candidates who are available to provide full-time leave cover during the following periods:

29th July, 2025 – 1st August, 2025

11th August, 2025 – 12th September, 2025

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent, with current ESSA accreditation

AND/OR Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy or equivalent, with current registration and membership (e.g MMA, AMT)

Current Insurance, First Aid, CPR, and Police Check

Valid Drivers License and vehicle.

Highly Desirable - 2 years experience working as an Exercise Physiologist/Remedial Massage Therapist, ideally in a mobile health setting.

Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
