About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Remedial Massage Therapist to join the team at Bayside Health Professionals in Capalaba, QLD. This part-time role will see you providing remedial massage therapy and bodywork techniques to our valued clients, helping them to manage pain, improve mobility, and enhance their overall wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough client assessments to develop customised treatment plans

Performing a range of remedial massage techniques to address specific client needs

Educating clients on the benefits of remedial massage and providing aftercare advice

Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment

Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to provide integrated and holistic care

What we're looking for

Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy or equivalent

Minimum 1 year experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and remedial massage techniques

Excellent communication and client care skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Health Fund registration

ABN registration
