About the Role:
This is a varied and rewarding front-desk role where you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key part in coordinating their care. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism

Managing appointment scheduling and patient correspondence

Coordinating treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements

Liaising with referring dentists and specialists

Processing payments and health fund claims

Supporting the clinical team with daily operations

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in dental or specialist practice reception (preferred but not essential)

Confident, empathetic, and articulate in patient communication

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable discussing treatment plans and coordinating appointments

A great team player with a positive attitude and initiative
