About the role:

Be a part of a team of aligned individuals

Front-Office admin and patient management

Contribute to systemising and development of the business

Week on week implementation of improvements

Quality-control client experience

Opening hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat 9am to 3:30pm

5 day week including Saturday (choose a weekday off)

Skills and experience required:

2+ years experience in client-facing role(s)

Seasoned communication and interpersonal skills

Microsoft, Google Workspace, Excel.. be proficient with computer use

Attention to detail and time management
