Who We’re After:
You’re not your average admin type - you’re the master of workflow. You know how to keep all the plates spinning, and not a single job slips through your fingers. You’ve got laser focus, killer attention to detail, and you’re the type that makes it all happen without needing someone breathing down your neck. You’re the main point of contact for our customers, and you love turning their frustrations into “wow” moments.
But you’re not here to just sit on your hands. You get stuff done before they ask for it. You know exactly what needs to be done, and when, and you’ve got the initiative to make it all happen smoothly.
The Role:
You’ll own the workflow. That means keeping track of every repair, every update, and every tiny detail in between. Your job is to make sure customers know exactly what’s going on and that our team stays on point. You’re the communication champion -whether it’s handling a customer query or updating a record, you do it right the first time.
What you will bring to the team
Be the go-to for all jobs - if it’s on the task list, you’re already on it.
Knock out quotes & exchange requests the same day - you’re quick like that.
Customers? You get them. You know their pain points, and you know how to help.
Spare parts - whether it's identifying the right part or placing an order, you’ve got it under control.
Keep notes so tight that no one ever has to ask, “What’s happening with this job?”
No whining - when it comes to feedback - you’re giving it, you’re getting it, and the team’s getting better because of it.
Complaints? You handle them like a master and leave customers singing your praises.
Unloading appliances, You’ve got the skills to manage the lifter trolley with ease.
KPIs? You’ll Crush Em
You’re clearing tasks and emails daily - no loose ends.
You’ve mastered scheduling: no overlaps, no idle time.
Customers rave about your service - simple as that.
Accuracy? It’s your middle name.
Communication? You’ve got them covered before they even ask.
