About the role
Sage Dental is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Coordinator and 2nd role for a Dental Nurse to join our team in Yokine, WA 6060. This is a full-time or part-time/ casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to be a key member of our growing dental practice.
Front Office Coordinator:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and records
- Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
- Handle patient payments, billing, and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases
- Coordinate with dentists and staff to ensure smooth treatment planning and delivery
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience preferred but happy to train the right candidate with basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental software and technology, ideally D4W
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Clinical Coordinator:
Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a qualified and experienced Dental Nurse to work alongside our dentists. As a Dental Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care and supporting our dental team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during treatments
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental radiographs
- Monitor patient comfort and well-being during treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience preferred but happy to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental software and technology, ideally D4W
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
