We’re looking for a full-time Accounts & Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of daily financial operations. This role bridges the gap between our operations, suppliers, and external bookkeepers — ensuring accuracy, speed, and financial hygiene across the board.

You’ll be responsible for supplier invoice reconciliation, credit tracking, customer refunds, and assisting with daily bookkeeping and cashflow management. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a stable business and gain exposure to the inner workings of a national eCommerce operation.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or finance admin

Strong working knowledge of Xero and Excel/Google Sheets

Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in eCommerce or retail (advantageous but not essential)

Self-starter who can own tasks and improve processes
