About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounting and Finance Undergraduate/Graduate to join our team at Generation Accountants and Advisers' in Leichhardt, NSW. This is a 4 to 5 day opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the accounting and finance industry and looking to become a CA or CPA.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Conducting financial analysis, budgeting and reporting

Participating in month-end and year-end reporting and analysis

Supporting the team in all aspects of finance including structuring, banking and investments

Developing an understanding of business and finance in a practice environment

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in or recently completed an Accounting or Finance degree

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Keen interest in pursuing a career in the finance and accounting.
