Your Role Will Involve:

Becoming a product expert and confidently guiding customers through our offerings.

Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

Managing sales, rentals, and customer inquiries both in-store and via phone/email.

Collaborating with an amazing team to ensure that every customer receives top-notch service.

Working with healthcare professionals and clients to create tailored solutions that make a real impact.

Helping maintain inventory levels and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date.

Coordinating orders, deliveries, and follow-ups to ensure smooth service.

Contributing to a positive, team-focused culture where collaboration is key to success.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

A genuine passion for customer service and a proactive attitude.

Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is helpful, but your enthusiasm and drive are what matter most.

Strong communication skills, both in person and online.

The ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.

A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
