Join a Trusted Team Working on Commercial Contracts Across Melbourne

We are currently seeking a Qualified and Registered Maintenance Plumber to join our client’s experienced team based in North Melbourne. Specialising in commercial plumbing for aged care, education, and retail environments, this full-time role offers long-term security and variety – with no residential work involved.

Pay & Benefits:

• $45–$50 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Duties:

• General sanitary plumbing – water, gas, and sewer
• Civil works – stormwater and sewer pits, drainage, tanks, and pump wells
• Roofing – repairs, replacements, guttering, and flashings
• Work primarily on refurbishments in live/active commercial environments
• Procure materials and equipment as needed
• Interpret plans, specifications, and provide practical on-site solutions
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, other trades, site teams, and clients
  
  

Requirements:

• Qualified and VBA Registered Plumber (ideally 3+ years post-qualification)
• Commercial plumbing experience
• Strong skills across general plumbing, civil works, and roofing
• Ability to gain Working With Children Check and Police Check (mandatory)
• Additional certifications such as EWP, TMV, and backflow are highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
• Valid driver’s licence
