About the Role

Duties and responsibilities

Respond to Sales Enquiry's walk-in /phone & on-line

Processing Sales quotes, orders, invoices and payments

Co-ordinate Sales Promotions for Showroom & Areas

Demonstrate problem solving skills

Above all, good customer interaction

Skills & Experience

Previous Customer Service /Retail Sales Experience

Computer literate and ability to learn new systems quickly

Demonstrate problem solving and good communication skills

Physically fit with the ability to safely lift loads and manually handle goods

Possess initiative & flexibility

This is a full time position. Monday to Friday 8am -5pm
