The Role
As the Deputy Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and developing a team of dedicated Client Advisors, Senior Client Advisors and a Supervisor and ensure they are successful in delivering unparalleled service and expert guidance on a range of exquisite collections offering fine jewellery pieces, luxury watches and luxury accessories, while working with a selective clientele.
Your exceptional leadership skills will ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering impeccable customer service and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising. With an unwavering dedication to the luxury market, you will cultivate and nurture strong relationships with esteemed clientele, guiding them through an extraordinary experience of discovering the finest pieces of artistry, while driving the sales and performance of your team and contributing to the brand’s growth and success.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in a management role within the fine jewellery and luxury watch sector.
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive the performance of the store and the individuals within your team and achieve / exceed the targets.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• A genuine appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship of fine jewellery.
• Impeccable communication skills, allowing you to connect effortlessly with a diverse clientele.
• Elegance, poise, and an innate sense of style that resonates with the brand's culture.
