This exciting Customer Relationship Manager vacancy is available working with a friendly team based at a luxury shopping centre in Sydney. This company are one of Australia's largest shopping centre managers/developers with some truly amazing shopping destinations. All in all, they operate over 60 centres across Australia so an excellent career advancement opportunity.

Key responsibilities of the position:

As Customer Relationship Manager you will explore innovative guest experience activities and unique partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance the centre's existing service standards and offerings. In this role you will also manage the centre's customer service team and lead them.

Ideal candidate will display:

• Min 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Service/Guest Experience role
• Team management experience
• Retail experience highly regarded.

• Excellent presentation & communication

Salary $90,000 package + Bonus
