At Niche Resources, we offer a paid traineeship, competitive weekly pay, and a salary range of up to $110,000 - $121,950 per year. You can earn up to and over $180k once you complete the two-year traineeship.

Our Green Machine program supports you from your first meeting with us and throughout your ongoing career in drilling. This program offers you all the required tickets, including your truck licence! So that you're job-ready from day one. Plus, we provide industry insight from our extensive drilling experience right here in WA!
What we require:

• Current Australian C Class manual drivers license (No P-Plates)
• Fit, healthy, and ready to do the hard yards
• Willingness to embark on a highly paid two-year traineeship
• Currently located in WA or in the process of relocating to WA

What we prefer:

• Experience in, on, or around drill rigs
• FIFO mining experience in any capacity
• Farming or heavy labour backgrounds
• Current national police clearance
• HR drivers license (HR-B ok)
