To be successful you will have the following:

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on large-scale road or civil infrastructure projects in a tier 1/2 environment
• Experience delivering projects to TfNSW specifications
• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision or equivalent
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Solid understanding of bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage, and utility relocation
• Experience with traffic control and live environments is highly regarded
• White Card and current driver’s licence (mandatory)

As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee site operations for the upgrade and realignment of a 3-kilometre section of road, including road widening from two to four lanes, road elevation works, and extensive utility relocations. You’ll manage subcontractors, coordinate plant and equipment, and ensure that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
