About the company: This is a well-established civil engineering company who have expanded their operations into the piling/ground engineering sector and operate throughout Sydney and the surrounding areas. They are capable of delivering large and small scale projects and continue to go from strength to strength.
About the Role: We are seeking a Piling Supervisor to manage piling and ground engineering projects in Sydney and the surrounding areas. Projects include mainly bored piling and are beginning to get involved in CFA and diaphragm walls.
About the Duties:

• Oversee the piling operations
• Assist with site project set up
• Conduct toolbox talks
• Order plant and materials
• Ensure daily targets are achieved
• Attend site meetings
• Ensure that all work is completed accurately and on time.
• Offer technical solutions
• Adapt to changes on site
• Manage and mentor the piling teams
• Assist with the progression and development of the piling division

About the Requirements:

• Have experience of piling, particularly bored piling
• Proven track record of being a Piling Supervisor
• Someone looking to continue their career progression
• Strong leadership skills
• Be an effective communicator
• Have the ability to multitask
• Be a good problem solver
• Enjoy developing and mentoring a Piling team
• Have the desire to get the projects completed
• Have the ability to build client relationships
• Excellent OH&S record
• Drivers license
• Relevant construction tickets
