Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of programs to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. Monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and proactively manage risks and issues

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate program goals, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment throughout the program lifecycle

Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve program management efficiency and effectiveness

Develop and deliver regular reports detailing program status, milestones, and key performance indicators. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation

Maintain the HME Engineering SharePoint page, develop Power BI reports, and coordinate communications with stakeholders

Experience:

Proven ability to engage & influence stakeholders with clear & effective communication

Strong planning & organisational skills

Information management skills and high attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
