About the company:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the on-site implementation of projects to ensure effective execution and delivery.

Coordinate multiple contractors and site teams to ensure streamlined project delivery in line with planned schedules.

Support the Construction Lead and Project Engineers in monitoring contractor performance across key project metrics, including cost, quality, schedule, delivery, and safety.

Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards, policies, and management systems.

Proactively identify potential schedule risks and implement corrective actions to maintain or realign timelines.

Collaborate with contractors and liaise with operational teams during the commissioning phase.

Experience:

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Proven experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects (e.g., structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, civil, and earthworks)

Practical knowledge of construction and fabrication in brownfield environments

Familiarity with large-scale project delivery processes, systems, and reporting tools (experience in tier-one resource or infrastructure sectors is advantageous)
