Contract Finance Manager – Asset Management

We’re seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join a leading Asset Management firm on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial, tax, investor, and board reporting across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of high-quality assets.

Reporting into the Financial Controller you'll also be working closely with cross-functional teams—including investment, legal, tax, and compliance—you’ll be responsible for statutory reporting, management accounting, and liquidity oversight and unit pricing. You’ll also drive process improvements and ensure all reporting aligns with regulatory and investor requirements.

What we’re looking for:

CA/CPA (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ post-qualified experience

Background in Asset management, Banking, infrastructure, or investment reporting

Strong communicator with an eye for detail and a collaborative mindset

Able to thrive under pressure and deliver to time-sensitive deadlines
