Our Client
Work with a Global producer of specialty ingredients and processing products for the dairy industry. Our client is seeking an experienced Packing Coordinator to start immediately for a permanent position.
About the Role:

Long-term ongoing role, Monday to Friday work

Morning Shift | 6:00AM - 2:15PM

$90,000 PA + Super + 10% Bonus

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for packing related processes being carried out real-time in SAP.

Ensure orders are packed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Plan, allocate and supervise resources and manage staff on shift.

Liase and serve as a 2IC for the Packing Supervisor in their absence.

Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure transfer and staging of material into and out of packing/blending areas.

Ensure clear and effective communication between the morning and afternoon packing shifts.

About You:

Minimum 3 -years’ experience in a similar role in a production, pick, pack or warehousing environment.

Good understanding of HACCP and food safety management systems.

Must have good communication skills and work well with other team members.

Team leadership, including demonstration of driving performance.

Preferably with SAP and ERP experience.
