About the Role

We are looking for a professional and empathetic Funeral Arranger to join our dedicated team. This role involves working closely with families during their most vulnerable times to plan and coordinate meaningful funeral services with warmth, dignity, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with families to arrange funeral services, offering support and guidance with sensitivity.

Coordinate all aspects of the funeral process from initial call through to the service day.

Liaise with clergy, celebrants, venues, florists, cemeteries, and crematoria.

Prepare and manage required documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Ensure all services run smoothly and respectfully, upholding the high standards of Farrell & O’Neill Funerals.

About You

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a funeral arranger (essential).

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of emotional intelligence and genuine empathy.

Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.

A team player with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.

Current driver’s licence required.
