About the role
Glenelg Golf Club is currently seeking experienced and highly motivated chefs to work closely with our kitchen team, and assist with the growth, development and refinement of our food offering and kitchen operations.
Duties and responsibilities will include
Delivering various cooking styles (Bistro, Function, Fine Dining) to the highest standards
Creating daily specials for the Member's Restaurant
Working closely with the Executive and Sous Chef
Skills and experience
Fully qualified chef with a minimum of 3 years experience at recognised hospitality venues and restaurants
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes
Passionate about local produce and food trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
