About the role:

As the Quality Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality systems across the residential aged care facility. This includes audits, accreditation readiness, incident and risk management, policy reviews, and embedding a culture of excellence in care delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading quality and compliance processes across the facility
• Ensuring ongoing accreditation and regulatory compliance
• Conducting internal audits and supporting external assessments
• Overseeing incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk reporting
• Supporting education and staff development around quality standards
• Collaborating with clinical leaders to embed best practice

About you:

• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Background in clinical governance, compliance or quality roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Registered Nurse qualifications
• Previous experience in aged care or a regulated health setting
