Are you a passionate and experienced Facility Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive, close-knit environment?
Our client, a respected not-for-profit aged care provider are looking for a Facility Manager to lead their charming 21-bed residential aged care home in Holbrook, NSW.

The Opportunity:
This is a single-manager site where you’ll oversee the full operations of the home, supported by a strong clinical and care team, including 24/7 Registered Nurses. You’ll be empowered to lead with purpose, drive continuous improvement, and foster a warm, person-centred care environment for residents and staff alike.

Key requirements

• Proven leadership experience in residential aged care (Facility Manager or strong Care Manager ready to step up)
• Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance, and accreditation
• Strong people leadership skills with a resident-first mindset
• Ability to build rapport with residents, families, staff, and the local community
• Current AHPRA registration (RN preferred but experienced ENs with senior management experience will be considered)
