The Role

• End-to-end recruitment coordination and agency management;
• Lead retention and culture initiatives firm-wide;
• Review, design and implement HR frameworks, policies and procedures;
• Work closely with partners to prioritise and deliver key HR objectives;
• Plan and deliver engagement and social events;
• Identify opportunities to reduce recruitment spend through outsourcing and innovation;
• Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle; and
• Monthly HR reporting and progress updates with the partner group.

To Be Successful

• Experience as an HR generalist or BP role, within legal, accounting, or professional services, is required;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work autonomously in a standalone role;
• A hands on approach and comfort working in a busy, manual environment;
• Demonstrated experience with policy and process development; and
• A passion for improving culture, engagement, and retention.
