An excellent opportunity exists for a Qualified Baker or Experienced Baker to work within our food production team. Day Shifts, Monday to Friday on a Full Time or Casual

Ideally, you will:

Have experience in Savoury baking (Pies, Pasties, Sausage Rolls Etc) with a proven track record in producing consistent high-quality products

Have a sound knowledge of different pastry varieties and bread dough applications

Be experienced with short and puff pastry production and sheeting on machine

Be familiar with busy production out-puts (Multiple Products)

Have a sound knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP) systems

A hands-on person

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prep of dough, blocking & sheeting

Report directly to Production Manager

Monitoring a coordinated production run

Effective management of stock in your section

Experience: Baking Experience Preferred

Good Pay for the right candidate
