The Role

This a rare opportunity for a Jnr AR/Accounts Officer to work for a global, blue-chip company whose brands are a household name. You will become part of a close-knit finance team of 8 people. Based 100% at their Scoresby office, the role is predominantly processing Credit Claims within their small AR team. Some other ad-hoc duties will also be required by the wider finance team. Thus, having the ability to be adaptable and team orientated is paramount for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in AR with exposure to processing claims, however Accounts/Finance Officers without this experience are also encouraged to apply, as full training/mentoring is provided.

Your primary duties will comprise of:

• Invoicing
• Receipting
• Authorising Claims and Claims processing
• Authorising and processing Redemptions/Credits/Coupons
• Maintaining vendor data on ERP system
• Back up to AR Officer where required
• Ad hoc tasks where required

About You

You will have a great learning attitude and a flexible approach to work.

The successful candidate will obtain the following:

• Min 1-3 years’ experience in a similar AR/Accounts Officer position
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously
