As part of their growing NDIS team, this organisation is known for delivering high-quality therapy that empowers both adults and children with developmental needs and disabilities. Their holistic, community-based approach is what sets them apart and now they're looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join the team in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
They're looking for two experienced Occupational Therapists ready to step into a Senior or Team Leader role and make a meaningful impact on both your team and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll deliver functional, evidence-based interventions while supporting both clients and team members, including:
Leading and mentoring junior staff and contributing to team growth
Conducting daily living and functional skills assessments
Developing personalised, goal-oriented intervention plans
Completing Supported Independent Living (SIL) assessments
Providing home modification assessments (minor to complex)
Recommending and reporting on Assistive Technology (AT)
Working closely with other allied health professionals for coordinated care
Ensuring compliance with NDIS reporting and quality standards
What You'll Need
Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused mindset
Commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing development
National Police Check, WWCC / WWVP, or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
Current Driver’s Licence
