About the position:

Adept Fire Protection Services has recently secured multiple projects on the rectification, and installation of passive fire systems. This role is suited to carpenters, plasterboard installers, painters, and builders seeking a career change. We also welcome hardworking individuals, including school leavers and tradespeople looking to transition into a dependable and long-term career, to apply.

Your duties will include:

• Assist a senior technician in installing a range of fire protection products, including fire pillows, fire mastic, collars, fire board bulkheads and sheet metal ducting
• Assist a senior technician to retrofit existing buildings with fireproofing materials and systems to bring them into compliance with current fire safety regulations and standards.
• Assist with conducting minor reporting works
• Understand written information and instructions and correspond clearly and concisely
• Other duties as directed
