About Our Client
Our client is a leading supplier of packaging solutions to a diverse range of Australian businesses — from eCommerce brands and food producers to manufacturers and logistics providers. With a strong product range and dependable supply chain, they’ve built a reputation for reliability and customer service.
Due to continued growth, they’re seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Representative to drive new business and manage existing client relationships across the Greater Sydney region.
About The Role
As the B2B Sales Representative, you'll manage a portfolio of key clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. You'll be the trusted face of the company, building long-term partnerships across warehousing, manufacturing, retail, and eCommerce sectors.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing existing accounts with a focus on tailored service and long-term partnerships
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across your territory
Selling a wide range of packaging products — cartons, tapes, void fill, stretch film, mailers, and more
Providing expert product advice and staying informed of industry trends through ongoing research and client feedback
Collaborating with internal teams — including customer service, logistics, pricing, and marketing — to ensure a seamless customer experience
About You
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be a driven and enthusiastic sales professional with a track record of building strong relationships and delivering results. Experience in the packaging industry is a plus, but not essential — what matters most is your ability to understand customer needs and create value.
Additionally, you will bring:
Demonstrated B2B sales experience in packaging, industrial supplies, or FMCG (highly regarded but not essential)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills with ability to present solutions, not just products
A customer-first mindset with a track record of exceeding client expectations
Excellent organisational and time management skills with proven ability to manage a pipeline and hit targets
A proactive, self-motivated attitude — you're confident both on the road and on the phone
Salary & Benefits
$85,000 to $100,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Commissions
