We are a family owned and operated early learning centre offering care and education to 0-5 year olds in a caring and close knit environment, focused on family and community.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated ECT, as well as a Cert. III or Diploma qualified educator to join our beautiful service, which is focused on nurturing and rewarding our staff team in order to enhance the care and education provided to children.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Developing relationships with children and families.

Communicate positively and openly with children and their families on an ongoing basis.

Programming, planning and collaborating with our team.

Creating a stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support the development of children.

Conduct observations and evaluations of children's development.

Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and mealtimes.

Respond to the emotional needs of children.

Maintain up to date records for each child within the group.

Essential requirements

ECT qualifications, or for an educator position, Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Motivated and committed and be an all-round team player.

Strong understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the ability to implement it effectively.

Passion to contribute to the development of children.

Knowledge of health and safety policies and practices.

Hold a current Working with Children's Check.
