Mini Me Early Learning Centres is thrilled to announce a new position for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher for our centre in Busby! We are excited to be delivering the highest standards of care and education to our community, and we are in search of a passionate educator to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to assume the role of ECT on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards

Implement and evaluate programs for both indoors and outdoors

Create a stimulating and positive environment for the children

Write observations and analyse children's progression and development

Provide support and assistance to other staff members

Monitor staff interactions to ensure they are in line with the EYLF

Develop strong relationships with children, and effectively communicate with parents and carers

Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and enriching environment.

Take on the role of the Responsible Person in Charge at the service.

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children, staff, and volunteers.

Train and support staff in understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Qualifications and Requirements:

ACEQUA approved Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECT) or studying towards this qualification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
