About the Role
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the Accounts Payable function—ensuring invoices are processed accurately, supplier relationships are maintained, and financial records are always up to date.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Processing invoices in line with company policies and payment terms

Managing the accounts inbox and responding to queries

Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

Preparing payment runs (EFT, BPAY, cheques)

Maintaining vendor records and ensuring system accuracy

Coding and matching POs and invoices

Supporting GST and tax compliance

General office admin and day-to-day support to the Financial Controller

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years experience in an Accounts Payable or finance role

Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance (desirable)

Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (advantageous)

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Excellent communication and time management
