About the role
We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our Bolton Clarke team. You are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial services functions.

Key Activities:

• Accounts payable invoice and data entry.
• Creditor statement reconciliations.
• Responding to creditor and internal queries.
• Process cheque and electronic payments (local and international).
• Liaise with site staff on an ongoing basis as required.
• Assist with the reconciliation of Accounts Payable related General Ledger accounts.
• Liaise with local networks, professionals, government departments and suppliers to promote the organisation and remain abreast of emerging issues.
• Manage complaints and grievances in a timely manner.
• Undertake reporting activities together with other relevant documentation within the scope of your role.
• Participate in business planning processes and policy and procedure formulation and improvement within your area of responsibility.

About you

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable).
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role for a large multi-site organisation.
• Demonstrated experience in account management functions and ability to manage large volumes of financial data for a growing organisation working with multiple ledgers.
• Demonstrated experience with a computerised financial accounting system including fast
• accurate keyboard skills and preferably advanced spread sheeting skills.
• Excellent understanding of Australian GST requirements
• Aged care industry experiences preferable but not essential.
