About the role

Skinkandy' is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic team in Maroochydore, QLD. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, (minimum 25 hours a week) for an immediate start. As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.

What you'll be doing

Accurately process supplier invoices, verifying details and coding to the correct general ledger accounts

Liaise with suppliers to resolve any invoice discrepancies or queries

Maintain a high level of accuracy in the accounts payable ledger

Assist with monthly account reconciliations and reporting

Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures

Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in an accounts payable role

Strong numeracy and attention to detail skills to ensure accurate data entry and processing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve deadlines

Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance would be highly regarded
