The Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our close-knit team. This role will primarily focus on servicing one of our major retainer clients in the property industry, requiring a designer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute design projects across print, digital, and branding mediums.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with their brand and objectives.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Work collaboratively within a small team, contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing constructive feedback.

Utilise Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality design assets.

Optional: Create motion graphics to enhance digital content (a bonus, not a requirement).

About You

3–5 years of experience in a similar design role.

Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent client management and communication abilities.

Ability to adapt quickly and handle the demands of retainer client work.

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

Experience in motion graphics is a plus.

Work Environment

Our team operates primarily from our Sydney office, fostering a collaborative and creative atmosphere.
