The Role
We’re on the hunt for a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer who’s ready to take the next step in their creative career. You’ll work across a wide range of projects — from branding and social campaigns to web assets and email design. This role requires someone with strong design fundamentals, great attention to detail, and the ability to turn strategic ideas into beautiful, effective visuals.

Key Responsibilities
Design Execution
Create digital assets across web, email, social, and paid media
Design for both performance-driven campaigns and high-end branding projects
Translate client briefs into sharp, engaging visual concepts
Work across brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries
Prepare final files for digital or print production
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with strategists, copywriters, developers, and other designers
Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development
Present your work internally and contribute to client presentations when required
Take and implement feedback with professionalism and positivity
Brand Development
Support new brand builds and rebrands with logo design, typography, and visual systems
Create branding collateral including pitch decks, style guides, and mockups
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
UX & Web Design
Collaborate with developers and UX leads to design intuitive, modern interfaces
Build web layout mockups and style directions using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Support QA on designs to ensure quality execution across devices
Skills & Experience
Required:
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of digital and branding projects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools for digital and web design
Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
A sharp eye for detail and consistency
Ability to manage time across multiple projects and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Experience designing for eCommerce or paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.)
Understanding of web design principles (responsive design, accessibility)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or Webflow
