Prepare high-quality sushi with consistency and attention to detail

Oversee kitchen operations including training, quality control, food safety, and stock management

Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming dining experience

Share your ideas and experience in a supportive, horizontal management structure

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a sushi chef in a professional kitchen

Strong leadership and communication skills

Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

A team-oriented mindset and a passion for culinary excellence

Must have a drivers licence

Flexibility with their working hours and on-call
